Paul Fiddes  - Board Advisor
Paul has a solid financial background in chartered accountancy, has been a Director and Senior Manager of a national hotel management company, and brings extensive senior management experience, across a wide range of commercial and leading hospitality and global automotive businesses.

Karen Neilson - Chief Financial Officer.
With extensive corporate and small business expertise, Karen is a qualified chartered accountant and also holds a tourism and business degree. Karen has worked across key sectors including property, start-ups, tourism and aged care sectors- and has managed the franchise and fiscal elements of Comfort Keepers Australia, since its inception.

Janice Early - General Manager
With over thirty years of experience in the aged care industry, Janice has specialist skills in the field and has worked for some of Western Australia’s leading corporate aged care service providers. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise, drives the strategic vision, leadership and day-to-day operations of the Comfort Keepers business and its rapidly growing workforce.

Craig Billings – Director
Craig has been at the forefront of West Australian business, marketing and advertising, for more than three decades, developing innovative and value added initiatives for major corporate and small business clients. He established one of WA’s leading marketing and brand agencies and today leads the strategic vision and business intent for the Comfort Keepers' South franchise, as Owner/Director.

Gaye Dadd – Managing Director
With 24 years as a Registered Nurse and holding a Masters in Nursing Practice, Gaye has gained international recognition through her work and published articles in medical nursing journals. As a leader in her industry, Gaye plays a key role in driving Comfort Keeper’s interactive care approach and is an Owner/Director of the Comfort Keepers' South Office.
