At Comfort Keepers, we work to go the extra mile with all of our service delivery.  For us, it’s not just a job, it’s the pure honour of caring for members of the WA community. Our fee structure and philosophy is the same.

We work on a private flat fee,  hourly rate of $60 per hour or $450 per day (8 hour shift).

Our private packages are quoted individually and personally tailored to reflect specific client needs.

Other prices and packages, are dependent on government and industry contracts and agreements with our external partners.As an Approved Australian Government Provider,  Comfort Keepers’ fees are transparently advertised on www.myagedcare.gov.au.
Please note that our packages and bundled service offers, reduce in price, with the more hours booked. Please ask about a package price, when speaking to our team.

Giving an extra 10 - We believe that the human interaction of our service is a major part of our in-home care services for seniors.  

Often, however, there is never enough time, to simply stop for a cuppa or a chat - within the required service. For this reason, we have decided to add on a ‘free 10 minutes’ to every hour booked at Comfort Keepers, as an extension of our free ‘Find 10 for WA Seniors’ - phone call service.

(Link here)Our hourly rate fee, now includes an additional 10 minutes per client (or service provision), to simply talk to our clients, to ask about their day and to provide genuine companionship and compassion - or to assist with ‘one more thing - it’s a luxury that is not normally afforded, but we think it’s a crucial part of what we do:  Keeping people connected!

We believe that this ‘free 10 minutes’ per job - makes all of the difference, and have introduced this in October 2021, to reflect our client feedback and request for some ‘human interaction’ time.
